For over 30-years we have been leading, mentoring, developing and training some of the world’s most demanding people in some of the world’s most challenging environments.
This exposure has given Blue Dog Management a unique insight into the challenges associated with high pressure leadership and management; selecting and developing leaders and managers for the future; assessing, analysing and managing risk and the fall-out of natural and man-made crises; and of keeping people safe, healthy and secure.
We are now in a position to share this experience with clients and to work with them to make their people better, safer and stronger.
Specifically we:
- Offer access to experienced leaders, planners and mentors who can work with clients to develop bespoke solutions to a wide spectrum of leadership and management challenges.
- Provide critical analysis of existing systems and developing threats and from this analysis offer advice on how to mitigate risk, manage threats and provide continuity in time of crisis.
- Develop training solutions focussed on specific needs and mentor individuals and teams through these solutions as part of a coherent, iterative package.
- Provide in-country support to and reach-back for Crisis and Security Managers and Crisis and Security Management Teams.
